Raga Impressions is the title of a series of concerts played by alternating trios on Indian instruments and piano. The program is composed of improvisations based on traditional Indian ragas. In thisimpressions influences from different music genres can be heard: western classical music, minimal music, gamelan and film music. In addition, compositions by Heiko Dijker, Martijn Baaijens, Chetna Sahni Sehgal and Sinta Wullur can be heard. There are also a number of piano compositions by Philip Glass and songs by Rabindranath Tagore.

Interpreters ofRaga Impressionsto be Chetna Sahni Sehgal on sitar and vocals, Sandip Bhatthacharya on santoor and tabla,Lenneke van Staalen on violin, Aura Rascón on bansuri, Heiko Dijker on tabla, Martijn Baaijens on sarod en Sinta Wullur on piano.
